Gathering update

From: (cstearns@neca.com) | Date: 2001-01-25 11:25:15 UTC
Hi everyone, are we excited yet? Counting hours instead of days! I
will open the doors for our event at 10 a.m. for those who want to
come then. Someone will be there all day to met and greet if you come
later. Then get out letterboxing! We will have a few boxes at event
and the event stamp plus exchanges to be made. When it gets to dark
to box head back for Beth's soup and your sandwich or whatever. Bring
a dessert to share ( can't wait to see the goodies) I will provide
the drinks. Bring a stamp for the carving contest if you can ,all
done spend the day out. Print off clues to boxes that sound
interesting to you. Those in Tolland , Vernon and Mansfield are all
within 30 minutes drive. Did I answer all the questions? Let me
know. For Beth and the curious our count this a.m. is 54 I would
say we should plan on enough for 65 we don't want to turn any last
minute Charlies away. Jay Drew can you do paper plates big and small?
Eric Eurto can you get paper bowls for 65 . This is coming together
great can't wait we will have a couple digital camers there to share
event moments with all who couldn't come. Carol

Paper bowls for 65, no problem!!! See ya'll there. Unfortunately i'll be
all alone. My letterboxing buddy, aka girlfriend has bronchitis (cough,
wheeze) and Chip is off spending time with his beloved as well. But I have
posted the outing at our store and look forward to seeing you all there!
